CONVO is a method for students to discuss important issues in current events. Arrange your class into two groups: four students in the middle facing each other; and the rest of the class surrounding them. The students in the middle discuss and debate topics while students on the outside listen. Rotate all students through the middle until everyone has had a chance to debate.
