Check this out: Mike Bloomberg (age 77), Bernie sanders (age 78!!!!), and Elizabeth Warren (age 70) are the leading spenders on ads targeting young voters. Buttigiege (age 37) -who would be suspiciously young to even be the principal of your school- is spending a smaller amount than any of those three on ads for young voters. Explain that!
