We live in two worlds: a physical world, overlaid by a digital world. Much of our time is spent going back and forth between these two worlds. This can be exhausting, disorienting, and anxiety provoking. What does your digital world look like?
Students investigate and document digital use in their community, interview individuals, complete a digital log to track their digital usage, present their conclusions about their digital life, share solutions, and take part in a optional digital challenge where they undertake a 31 hour digital detox.
