  3. The Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security (GIWPS) released new research ranking women’s rights and opportunities across 50 states and the District of Columbia. The first-ever U.S. Women, Peace and Security Index (U.S. WPS Index) reveals vast differences in the status of women across America – at the top of the list is Massachusetts, scoring almost four times better than Louisiana at last place. Describe one specific policy difference between Massachusetts and Louisiana.
